Everything at the oyster bar at Saltine is worthwhile, but we recomment starting with a half dozen (or more) wood-fired oysters. Doused with Alabama white BBQ sauce, these smoky pearls go great with a gin-based Aviation cocktail. Why not throw caution to the sea and get' em fried too?
